Our proposed days and times for practices are as follows:

Tuesdays @ 5pm - Invista Centre - Fun 1 - Fun 3
Wednesdays @ 6pm - Cataraqui Arena - U12/U14
Wednesdays @ 7pm - Cataraqui Arena - U16/U19
Wednesdays @ 9:30pm - Cataraqui Arena - 18+
